dad, that is one of the neatest angles I have ever seen! It almost looks as though the tower is falling down!

Bill and I really like this photo ! T This is my first entry for the "Challenge" This is Einstien our baby. This was shot as he was waking up from a nap. My goal was to ensure the background was clean, and the kitten was lined up to the left of the frame. Lighting was natural 2:--pm in the afternoon (no flash) Lens: 18-55 Nikkor Camera: Nikon of course!

Picture 1 - Spider Art: This photo was taken in front of the Art Museum in Ottawa on Canada Day. I used the leading lines of the shadows and the building to take the viewers eye to the crystal tower. Although the spider is centred in the picture and I am shooting into the sun I was hoping that this perspective might give the photo some depth and interest. Going through the art museum sure was an inspiration for for taking some more creative shots. There sure was some strange looking pieces there though, that they were calling art. They certainly brought about discussion. Attachments:

Picture #2 - Big Bubbles: I took this picture at the EX. I liked the kaleidoscope of colours and the repitition of the circles in the photo. Used the rule of thirds to place the main objects. There is also a lot ov movement in the photo with the streaking of the bubble. Also a triangle placement of circles. This was taken with my new Sony A850!!! Attachments:

Picture #3 - Squirl This photo was taken in Flamborough at my parents trailer. This little guy kept bombing us with chestnuts. Fortunatly he missed! I likes the placement of him in the top righ third of the photo and the diagonal of the tree trunk. I tried to balance the photo with enough sky in both corners to make it balanced. Attachments:
